Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box along with all authenticity certificates and protective packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our specialized courier service to collect your return package directly from your doorstep at no additional cost for eligible items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
